Parent Questions:

1. I just registered my child for a Ranch Day, now what do I need to do? We are so grateful you registered your child to join us! We hope they have a wonderful time. Please be sure to complete a camper waiver prior to dropping them off for a Ranch Day. If you are transporting your child to a ranch day, please have them to Gospel Rocks Ranch no later than 9:00 am on that Saturday morning. Check email updates and social media for drop-off times at bus transportation sites.

2. What should I pack for my camper?

Unless your child has special dietary needs, we will provide all snacks, drinks and lunch free of charge. Group leaders also have sunscreen for your child. All your child needs are closed-toed shoes and perhaps a hat on warm days. Please let us know if your child is gluten-free or dairy free at least two days before Ranch Day so we can make food accommodations. Campers with dietary restrictions are always welcome to pack their food, as well.

3. Who do I reach out to if my plans change?

If you need to cancel your registration, please reach out to our coordinator, Katherine Hager at gospelrocksranch@yahoo.com. If you have a question during Ranch Day, you can reach our camp director, Jon Hager at 512-618-1742. Please note that if transportation arrangements change for your child, we must receive verbal confirmation from a parent/guardian to make these changes.

4. What if my child has special needs?

If your child requires special attention, please be sure to let us know prior to Ranch Day so we can ensure a safe Ranch Day experience for him or her. Unfortunately, Gospel Rocks Ranch is not currently handicapped accessible.
